I know, I know.  That’s a strange title for an article written by someone who works in the fitness industry.  But I’m serious.  You need to stop working out.

And start training.

The Fitness Industry Is Lying To You

The Fitness Industry is lying.

Despite what you may have heard, read, seen, or even (think you’ve) experienced first hand, exercise does not make you lose weight.

I’ll repeat that again.  EXERCISE DOES NOT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT.
